Breakfast pretty awful. They would not give me a decaf coffee. All they could provide was instant. Completely unacceptable for the price you pay. There was dried up scrambled egg which they replaced when I pointed it out only for them provide a tepid bowl of it.

Suite we stayed in very clean and comfortable, well equipped and quiet (on the 6th Floor). Good breakfast if a bit shambolic, buffet style so everyone trying to help themselves at the same time, but staff very quick if anything was required.

Awesome place to visit with family during the day or night! You can enjoy a variety of entertainments in one place !

A clean and well serviced room with comfortable bed. Next time will remember to specify king size bed rather than two single beds. Perhaps a trade off for the high floor! Hassle free check in and out too. 8/10.

However, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the room supervisor. She barged into our room without knocking, and treated us like criminals. She did not apologize for her behavior, and I felt like my privacy had been violated. Barging into a guest's room without knocking is unacceptable, and it is a violation of the guest's right to privacy.

a little bit of everything & anything for children and adults of all ages! So many places to eat.. Free parking also. We really enjoyed our first visit such a fun day out! My children had an amazing time at ten pin bowling and the arcades, we definitely will be coming back in the future :-)

First of all the game was great, if I'm reviewing the cricket it gets five stars. However the seats were cheap and uncomfortable, the food was expensive and cold, it seemed as though the music and flames were the main focus.

Stayed here, back in November and really loved the stay. The staff were super friendly and surprisingly was 1 minute away from the main new street, which was more info a bonus! The free coffee and hot chocolate was a massive bonus! and the kitchen within the apartment hotel were very good!

The hospitality is very good and the food taste really good. I love the secret garden restaurant. It has a bar restaurant as well which is accessible till early morning. I can say that it is one of the best Hyatt hotels I have stayed or visited.

We requested to change another one but the waiter refused and insisted they are fresh. She kept poker face for the rest of the time which made us feel very uncomfortable.

I have no complaints. Everything was beautiful clean. I would go back again we were there his Mother and I for my Grandson. He was having a Basketball Tournament and yes, I would go back there again.

I've been coming to this casino for a long time and the staff at the reception are very polite and friendly, the manager at rainbow casino are probably one of the best managers compared to the other casinos I've been to.
